For our Customers with Technical Support & GMP Service Contract Agreements we commit to the following maximum emergency response times, 24/7/365:

A qualified engineer will call you back within 4 hours of your call.
If the problem cannot be resolved over the telephone we will provide an engineer on site within 24 hours.
